SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

Estimated time of arrival: Once you have completed your payment, if your purchase is not in stock we will be making it to order which means from start to finish it may take up to 3 weeks to complete and send out (within Australia). If your purchase is in stock we will send it out within 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders: Custom rings can take up to 6 weeks to complete and send out 

Engagement Orders: Engagement rings take up to 8 weeks to complete and send out. Due to availability of stones varying it may take longer but we will always notify you via email if this is the case. This period starts from either date of deposit paid OR once the design is finalised 100%. If you decide on a design and size and 2 weeks later you decide you want something else we start all over again. If you want your engagement ring for a certain date please discuss this with Lani BEFORE the order has begun. 

International Post: Regular Orders - If you are located outside of Australia it may take up to 10 working days for your purchase to arrive once lodged. Depending on your location please keep in mind that we are in delivering from Australia and postage times vary from country to country.

If you need something by a specific date please email us BEFORE you order to make sure we can asses that it will get it to you on time remembering that we must have at least 14 days to get it out to you.

Postage: We use Express post via eParcel AusPost. This is the quickest and safest way to send your items as you will need to sign for your package and your item is trackable. In purchasing through our web store you are giving Windfall Jewellery Pty Ltd permission to share your personal information with AusPost for the sole purpose of delivery and providing you with tracking information only. If you have any questions or issues around this, please be sure to contact us prior to placing your order through the website.

Once your order is finished and ready for shipping, it will be shipped on the following business day. We lodge our parcels daily Tuesday to Friday. Once your item has been lodged you will receive a tracking number via email from Windfall and AusPost. 

Please make sure your postal address is correct on your PayPal account and your Windfall account, this is very important! We will not be able to compensate you for an item sent to an incorrect address via your account information. Once you have received your online tracking number it will take 1-2 business days to arrive and you can track your package by entering your tracking number here: Australia Post Website 


International orders may be subjected to local taxes or duties and Windfall Jewellery unfortunately has no control and can not be held responsible for these charges.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
