1. Gather up all that unused jewellery you have laying around. The stuff mum, nanna, you keep in your jewellery box collecting dust. It can even be broken. It must be stamped as solid gold: 9CT, 14CT, 18CT, 24CT
2. Request a free GOLD SWAP PACK to be sent to you. A discreet package to put your items in will be mailed to you. Mail it back to us for free.  You can also drop it into our studio. 
3. Our team will assess your jewellery and set up a Store Credit for you to use straight away. 
4. In the rare event you don't accept the credit value we will send all your items back to you. You just have to cover shipping back :)

Have something you want remodelled? We're happy to use as much of your existing jewellery as possible to create something new and meaningful for you. 

Send us some photos of what you have - broken, old, or no longer (or never was) your style - and we'll chat through what we can and can't be used with our team.

Where possible we will remove any stones and melt down the gold to incorporate into your new piece. If this isn't suitable we'll weigh your materials and apply a store credit towards your new design. 

Please note: 

Once your jeweller is send in and accepted for credit or remodelling, any forfeited materials (including but not limited too: stone, gold, or settings not reused in your new piece) become property of Windfall Jewellery. These materials may be refined or repurposed or used in future recycled gold projects. The will not be returned unless agreed upon in advance.
